I began my paralegal career in January 2000. I am an acredited paralegal, licensed and bonded. Working on my own as a Legal Document Assistant. (LDA)
I will soley be working on your case or documents. From our intial intake phone call to executing your paperwork. I am availabe for you from beginning to the end of your case or documents. You will never be put aside and not be able to reach me one way or another with your concerns or questions. I am availble M-F 9 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for your phone calls. You are welcome to email me at any time and you will receive a email back within 24 hours during our closed hours.

Graduated as an Accredited Paralegal at Washington Institute. Keeping my legal hours current via West Law. I have also received certifications throught the Secreatray of State.

This is the process we proceed with. Upon your first phone call I answer all your questions and we speak of the process that will best suit your individual situation. I am not an attorney and at no time will I be giving legal advice. I take your postal mailing address, and mail you out a question and answer form that is indicative to your documents you would like me to prepare. I also provide a Liability Retainer. Within that, you will find my quote stating exactly the documents I will be preparing for you with the exact cost. There are no hidden fees. One you will sign and mail back with your Q/A and deposit check. The second, you will keep for your records. Within 3-5 business days of receiving your information via postal back in my office, I have your documents prepared and ready to mail back to you. If applicable, your case may be mailed back to you in triplicate. Your documents will all contain sign and date here arrows with easy to follow instructions. I welcome a phone call if you have any questions at all.
